Marmaris is a resort and yachting harbour in a pine-covered bay. Its strongest bookable experiences are swimming-bay cruises, Dalyan trips, jeep and quad safaris, hammams, diving and ferries to Rhodes.
Yes. İçmeler is about 10 km from central Marmaris and Turunç about 21 km by road. Both have beaches and hotel pickup on many local tours; the winding coastal road makes travel time more important than distance.
Current listings commonly show 12–16 hours for Pamukkale and around 10 hours for a same-day Rhodes ferry trip. They are genuine day trips, not nearby sights, and passport rules apply to Rhodes.
